Always have sober habits. I'm not only talking of alcohol only.
The first quality is honesty. In your interview and in the job. This job is built on trust and a part of building trust is honesty.
Another quality is eagerness to learn. Theres allot to learn-- I'm still learning.
Being on time and be reliable.
Having a fantastic work ethic. An employer can see when a worker is not putting in his all. I would leave my guys and do other stuff and when I get back I can see the progress that has been made or the lack of it.
The one question I hated the most in an interview was "what in your opinion is your best qualities."
The second and even worst question was "what in your opinion is your worst
qualities."
A good thing to do is to get to know the company eg. how long its been in existance and a bit about the company itself.
Depending on how many interviews there will be, you can talk about remuneration and benefits but, its also good just to gauge the interview pace.
Go in with confidence and expectation and a can do attitude.
Good luck with interview and hope you get the job and use this forum it has a wealth of knowledge.
