not too shabby. is that the spring from a clothes pin? Have you tried it out yet? My only concern would be getting my hand smacked - the handle looks a little close for comfort

What a coincidence! I just built my first one of these tonight as well.

Have you tried it out yet? Doesn't look like a mousetrap spring... I say rat trap maybe? I've tried several clothes pin springs, and they are all much smaller. It looks like stainless...

Have fun playing with the new toy. Trim that tip smooth and watch those knuckles.

it works =3 and yes it's a mousetrap spring, some random no name thing my ma got when she went grocery shopping yestarday, after that pic i had bent the metal handl a bit out of the way of the thumb =) made out of a mousetrap spring, wiper insert and a peice of the wood fromt he mousetrap =D no solder, no glue nuffin, i may post a "how to" later today after i get some sleep with pics and instructions

Did you really come by it on our own without reading Tshock's thread?
