Ideal Creations certainly advertises merchandise with some interesting twists! Everything SEEMS on the up and up, though over stated a bit, for a 'net efront that sells kooky kinda stuff.
That said, though, they don;t seem like mainstream locksmiths or distributors (like HPC, Southord), just people selling stuff that they make or contract the production out.
They also have 'stuff on the edge'. Like a spyshop. The Infrared filter that lets you see through clothing (check out the video!), and the laser guided slingshot is something from survivalist stores / neat tricks shops. Like the store I got a TV zapper and my Southord pickset from (who also sells airsoft guns, Meals Ready to Eat, Pepper Spray, and brass knuckles).
The Warded Lock Pick at
http://www.idealcreations.net/ls04.htm looks like the same pick in the Wire's Guide to Toolmaking (is that title right?), which is also used as an Ace tubular tension wrench. If you look close at the picture of their "Tubular Lock Barrel Pick" at
http://www.idealcreations.net/ols2.jpg, it sure looks like a 'Wire' tubular/warded pick. Four tools in one!
The "Key Chain Lock Pick Pro" looks like a chintzy aluminum body and a heat shrink tubing 'case'. The pick patterns are non-traditional - an auto jiggler blade, half ball, hook, long rake, and a double half diamond rake- instead of the usual hook, s rake, diamond combination. What it looks like you really get is double ended pick 'blades' which have to be held in a handle to use. All the sets seem to revolve around those pick blades and either the keyring or 'pro grip' handle. Does anybody have any of the handles? It looks like a machine screw is used to hold the blades in place, do you need to have a small screwdriver?

They are all double ended, so it looks like you get (in addition to the one or two handles) and 5 pieces of metal, one of them being the ace tool which is 4 tools in one, and one being the double ended tension wrench. If the quality was right, the handle was comfortable AND held the pick blades well, this MIGHT make a good wallet set. It looks like a plastic card 'bag' is used to hold them. Kinda in the novelty realm. A beginner should start with a more solid set of picks.

But to direct business, Lockpicker 69- when was your order placed? What was their reply and when did they reply? It would be good to hear what the original complaint was and how they responded. Maybe the shipment got delayed or was sent a different way than expected, like USPS snailmail vs FEDEX overnight? The site says they only charge $6 S&H in the states, so it's not likely to have been sent by the more expensive overnight services.
