Trying to break free of beginner

Postby pernjuke » 16 Aug 2008 16:27

I started picking locks a little while ago, and unfortunately i am stuck. I can pick all of my practice locks in no time at all, but anytime i am confronted with a new lock, it just takes forever to open it. For example, a friend had an old masterlock #40 that he wasnt using, and after having it for three weeks, ive only been able to get it open once. Does anyone have any tips to help me get past this frustrating stage?
