I agree with Freakparade. A lot of people already know about the long reach tool method so if the lockout call is from a paying customer and not some roadside assistance call where the individual isn't paying anything I try not to air wedge to window unless I have no other choice. Cos I really don't need cheap people trying to get out of paying $35, $45 or whatever once the car is open.
If a lock is a puzzle, then its key is the complete picture
