Some spectrum analyzers and other similar recievers without particular frequencies blocked out can't legally be sent to the US (at least without any special premissions).

On a completely irrelevant subject... I hope they don't have government blacklists for porn...

Everything available in the US thats prohibited for export/taking out of the country can usually be dismantled and taken out anyway. Drugs can easily be smuggled into the US, so it must be even easier to smuggle a "program" or whatever it is aswell. I.E. Email it to yourself, and if the server is hosted in the US, then technically it's not left the country. Correct?
