Very nice work on that jack knife pickset. That is likely the most useful one I have seen as long as the locking feature woks well. My only addition or change would be to have a medium or small half diamond.

A pair of bogota picks on a pin and spring device will out perform any commercial pen or jacknife pickset and weigh much less, make no bulge in any pocket, and if the pin and spring are used, they will not be lost when you reach in the pocket and pull out a bunch of keys.
There is no smaller useful pickset that will open so many different types of locks.

Your Bogota rakes are well made and their handles double as tension wrenches, so all I need to carry is 2 pieces of metal to open pretty much every lock I encounter, and have the skill to open. I used to carry my Southord pick set on me, but the Bogotas are much shorter and fit in my wallet for instant access any time I need them. I lost my pin and spring holder, but since the picks spoon together perfectly, putting them in one of my wallet's credit card slots gives them a nice safe home.

My two cents :
I tried this at work, so the picks used are some spare ones I always have in the pockets (just a feeler, two hooks, a straight bogota and a bar - which can be bent in wrench shape in seconds).
I fit five, but there still is room for another pick.
The pen is absolutely standard, off-the-shelf, so I assume that with a bit of drilling there would be room for one more pick.

a bogota and bogota single, as well as an up and down short hook, all in raimundo's bent wiper insert style living in a "quitplan" credit card sized mint case in the wallet.

the pick set i use fits into my wallet fine and it still easy to pick stuff with just make some and make them just so they can fit in your wallet it isnt realy that hard to do

Ialma,picks in a pen is a good idea.

Wow, really cool spy pick man. Good concept and execution of the flint/pick. Could you make the bottom cap pop off to use the empty lighter cavity for a small tensioner or two? I really enjoy the good secret stash picks like this.
