Thanks Chuck. I have thought of that but it will be January before those are sent out. Part of my problem is that I am unsure of whose name is on the box, you know his, hers or mine (when I was a minor) but anyway the death certificates are ready and I am going back to that one bank and try it again. Wish me luck.
