Souber tools makes an excellent set for picking Mul-t-Locks. The picks are double-sided with a plastic handle in the middle, and the actual pick part is flat with groove in it for keeping the outer pins from slipping when lifting. The picks for the inner pins are flat and narrow on the business end. If the Souber set is too expensive for your taste, I still highly suggest that you model homebrew picks after it.
Pick tools are also made for the Mul-t-Lock, but I'll let someone else elaborate on their use, as I'm not familar with it.
