For the past few years I've mastered Kwiksets, Schlages, Masterlocks, Many Many Generics, and all kinds of various no name locks.
What should my next progression be? Russwin, Yale, Medeco, anything else? I want to avoid falling in a rut and keep improving my skills.

Medeco is a good choice. You can also look into BEST, Mul-T Lock, ASSA, etc.

Of course, I'm guessing you haven't mastered Schlage yet due to the Everest and the Primus! Those are great steps up, as well (in that order).
