Anyone know old Australian locks & keycutting machines?

Postby Engineer » 13 Jan 2009 18:13

I just came across this article:

http://www.news.com.au/couriermail/stor ... 74,00.html

which has a fascinating photo of old Australian locks and keycutting machines in a Lockies over there. Frustratingly the photo is very small. Does anyone know of any good online info about old Aussie locks at all? I'm in the UK and regrettably, have never seen any personaly.

try Jacksons aswell, they have been around in Australia for a while now and make a few locks

Most of the old locks we had at work where either Jacksons or Chubb, we had a few of the old Chubb battleship padlocks which are pretty awesome, thats all I can think of, for now...
