Ahh... you're like me then! I only take apart locks that are duplicates. I like to keep one of each type of lock in working order, so I can practise picking, drool over them, etc...
I hope one day to open an online "mini-museum" of my locks, as I've quite a few British ones from the period of 1940 -1980. Just don't have time at the mo.
