When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Sorry for the slow reply guys, I've been pretty busy.
Well firstly, its for curtained mortice locks (maybe should be in the Euro locks section - whoops) and it does indeed work. I opened a 5 lever earlier tonight. Unfortunately it only fits 5 gauge (5.2mm diameter) locks but I'm working on the 7 gauge (4.3mm) as of Monday. Equivalent commercially available tools like this are at least £150 so I've saved quite a lot.
After doing the 7 gauge I think I'll experiment with a multigauge tool. I'm thinking a tapered bar with notches cut out to tell you when you've got the right section in. Might go with a 'T' shape for the turner too. This homebrew stuff is loads of fun aint it?!!!!
haha too right it is making stuff is half the fun of been able to pick locks its just not the same sence of achevement if you do it with a bought pick set
