YONO LOCKPICK AID (A device)

For the sake of my lockpicking comport and yield picking effectiveness in hard to pick lock cylinders. may i show you the drawings of my finish project. this is my original Idea and design.
The principle of my pick aid is to minimize the vibration of my picktool, touching the cylinder when picking sensitive and close tolerance lock cylinders.hence i will just be concentrating on pins "lifting with less strain on my fingers. the elevation of my picktool can be varied thru a readjusting nutt.

do you hold this in front of the lock or does it somehow clamp to it?

I don't quite get where it clamps either, but I think he's onto something here. If the pick can be moved front to back as well as on the pivot point, this may be a nifty little tool for some locks..

WOW, if you are not an engineer you should be. They have a way of making a simple process way overcomplicated. :P

To 5thcorps--it is clamp in a lock cylinder to be pick, either it may be a padlock, profile cylinder or knob lock. i will show the front, and side view of this. if anyone interested to make his own, i will posting the detail measurements and drawings. the materials are all taken from garbage.

I can see where your going with this, but how does it cut down on vibration? The pick seems to go through some kind of hole in the device, which i assume is metal on metal. That seems like its going to create vibration, or "noise" that will disrupt the information from the lock.

you're right ccpdungeon, even though its sliding smoothly in a brass "u' shape guide, slight friction is unavoidable. however, the "feel" which i need in picking and positioning my p-tool seems comportable and helpful on succeeding.

it appears the pink "clamps" would slide along the vertical rod,the back side clamping onto a padlock,
and the front side has a jig for clamping on knobs euro cylinders etc..
all in all quite well presented, imho.
