However, I am still interested.
But we may not discuss here everything because the topic can be closed.
My lock is not new and has well worked before.
Unfortunately, the right Combination does not work now.
Maybe a disk is rubbed off in internal one of the lock
and so I am not able to put it on "Nul-position"
I have already tried out a lot of other combinations.
( after I have read an article on the Internet ).
And once the lock has opened.
But I cannot make this over again. And I don't know, why.
Now it is closed again.

OK, turns out the tolerances on these locks are terrible. Starting from the provided combination I tried an 'off by one' set of combinations and was able to get both locks open. In one case it was an off by two issue. When one gets the correct combination and dials the third number there is an audible click (you can also feel the lock 'set'). You then rotate the dial to the left (CCW) about three or four numbers and lift the shackle; the lock opens. This is slightly different than the instructions that come with the lock.

Aleksander, since you sent in your serial number and got back a combination from MasterLock, try that combination but with one or more numbers offset by one, I suspect within a few tries you'll find the correct pattern for opening the lock.
It's a good day when I learn something new.
