I think not, I have waled it many times, and it is not 250 miles (from portishead). Where I live in wales is just on the other side of the 2nd crossing bridge.

Are you really trying to say that Middlesbrough (or any other part of the County of Cleveland in the NE of England) is just the other side of the 2nd Severn crossing?

I think this must be a misunderstanding of which Cleveland your talking about, I now that there is a small one near portishead (no not clevedon), maybe there is one in middlesbourgh, but i am not sure which one you are talking about.
