deep curve picks are probably the easiest to make with a dremel, one of the large round grinding wheels is perfect for wasting out the interior of the curve, you only have to move the tool a little bit to make a huge scooped out curve. Then the backside of the metal can be cut to compliment the curve.
Deep curve picks fulcrum off the interior warding of the keyway, this is an advantage on the deepest pins if there is no Max Adjacent problem with the 5 and 6 pins.
since the curve has its apex at the center of the pickshaft, this is not available to fulcrum off for the first three pins in the keyway. The shape that falle makes does not have any fulcrum forward designs, that would provide the same feel for mid to front pins.
