Got a question for ya. Ive been doing some research and I can see how stupid easy it is for some people to open up Master Lock padlocks and found Abloy brand in the process. Naturally, I wanna buy one of these for my shed since its super hard to pick but one thing i'm concerned about it is if its easy to bolt cut. Cause I mean its real nice that its very hard to pick but if you could just bolt cut it easily, it doesnt matter how hard it is to pick in my situation. Since some of you had already bought it and seem to know a lot about locks, could you tell me if this would be a decent security lock that is hard to cut with a bolt cutter?
I appreciate any answers on this issue,
Thanks

Totally depends on your budget. You can go Abloy, which I personally recommend, as its next to impossible to pick. They also sell some locks with shrouds on them, to prevent bolt cutters.
Or, we can go more extreme, with "anti bolt cutting" and go with a Sargent and Greenleaf Environmental padlock. Same type of key as Abloy- but its a 5 pound lock- and very large bolt- good luck finding "off the shelf" bolt cutters to get around one of those.
Finally, you can go all out, and spend about $1000.00- $2000.00 on one of these. Liquid Nitrogen won't even bust these locks.

But I would recommend for your use, an Abloy- anything above model # 342. see link below.
