After 1 and a half weeks i would be tempted to give them up to the 2 week mark and then ring them up.

Did you get an email with the tracking number after you placed the order?
Did you get any conformation at all the the order was in motion?

i never got an email thats one of the reasons why i was worried that they weren't comeing at all. I did them instead of Lockpickshop.com because of the $10 price difference

Your shipment can be tracked if it is in route. I would do one of two things.
1. Wait till the designated time to receive your order (2-3 weeks, 2 day priority ect.).
2. Give them a call or email to confirm your order status.
Either way, I do hope you get your tools. There's nothing like waiting.
