Pick Setup for Co-Workers

I have a few co-workers who have gotten interested in picking because of me picking during lunch and at breaks and I've been asked by a couple if I could make them a set to play with. Which we are in Kuwait, I'm a beginer, and my picks are no where near great quality, but I can file a bogata in 15 mins -sanding and a diamond in about 5(20 mins with sanding). And I have no problem makeing them picks for free, especially since sweeper blades and wiper blades are all over out here. I'm going to teach them to make there own picks as well, my question is this:

What basic setup should I make them, I'm thinking a 5 piece:

1. Tension Wrench(obvious, but I'm going to do a double, with the opposite side short)
2. Lifter Pick
3. half Diamond RaKe
4. Feather tension Wrench
5. Bogota Rake

Is this set up enough to pick some common padlocks and have some fun? It's all I use form my set anyways.

You're very generous with your co-workers.
I'll give them just a hook or an half diamond and a wrench and let them play for at least 2 weeks. I use just this two picks, so I don't see the purpose of giving them more tools than they need. They could be distracted by the tools and loose concentration on the pins.

Then IF they're still interested I'll make them (or show them how to make) some more picks.

Personally I'd give them a hook, a tension wrench and maybe a diamond. This would be a good starter set as they would learn single pin picking first and not pick up bad habits from learning to rake first. After learning to single pin pick farily well (learn to pick security pins consistantly) then make them a rake or two and let them pick up that skill.
