To all my fellow lock pick enthusiasts. Do not purchase anything listed on idealcreations.net or their affiliate precisionshots.com. You will not receive the item you purchased!
I purchased a tubular tension wrench from them on July 1st 2009 and ended up filing a claim with paypal. I asked for a tracking number 3 separate times. They only replied to me once and gave me misinformation regarding when my order was suppose to be shipped out and still never gave me a tracking number. They also do not answer their phone. It just goes to a message saying no one is available to take your call please call again. Ive tried calling.... maybe 30 times. They are located in Texas. I live in South Florida and it does not take 21 days to mail something even while using the slowest delivery method provided by the U.S. Postal Service. I filed the claim last week and still have not received a reply from them. I just wanted to post this to help people avoid having their money stolen.

Well it took twenty two days four emails, fifty phone calls and one paypal dispute to get Ideal Creations to ship and give me a tracking number.
[edit- I understand your venting and angry, but this is not the place to be posting personal details. Leave it as a "no good company" and that is that. Please update us with the outcome. -unlisted]

Thanks for the warning, always good to hear good info
Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him to use the Net and he won't bother you for weeks.
