I recently saw a Keset lock on a vending machine and had no idea what type of lock it was. After this lock I saw another on a different vending machine that was also particularly peculiar.
Long story short I found out both locks are made by CompX National and the first is called a KeSet and the 2nd I saw is called a TuBar. I bought a few TuBar on Ebay for a couple bucks each and I was hoping to find a KeSet somewhere as well but I cant find one other then on CompX and they want like $30 plus ship (I think) and I was hoping to get one cheap
Basically I just want to know how the lock operates and What sort of locking mechanism it has etc, etc, etc but CompX seems really secretive about what they use.
Does anyone know anything about the KeSet lock?
