anyone ever get hold of an old locker lock?

they look like miniature laser cut keys, little track cut into flat blade with big coloured nob on the end

cant find any info anywhere on these would love to get hold of one

not quite the ones i was referring to, i hope its not just wafers as the keys look more impressive than those

he might be refering to those lockers in bus stations that you put money in. Some of them may have bell locks.

Try search under Bell lock. or greenwald. these usually have wafers that are moved by the fingers in the keyway, not so difficult to pick with a hook or halfdiamond.

The tumblers appear sticking out of the plug as squares that are cut off at an angle to accomodate the curvature of the plug since the pins appear off center, this means that the pins have a sharp edge and an oblique edge, and these two will pick differently,
You will have to consider the direction CW or CCW to determine which side of the keyway the edges are presenting on.

probably the same mechanism though, like a car inner groove

I have a ton of those pictured locks... no keys though...
none of mine have wards like the one you are describing...

but if you were wanting to play with ones like the one in the picture I can hook you up.
