Is this a good deal?

This is the old Locksmith business info area and will be broken down to fill in the new sections below.

Is this a good deal?

http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/tls/1506322351.html

I checked online for a:

SPEEDEX KEY DUPLICATOR MODEL #9160

And came up with this:

Premier Speedex - Manual Key Duplicator (from http://www.lockpicks.com)

That shows a model # 1960MC

The guy is advertising Model# 1960.. Is there a difference? If not, it's a great deal if it's truly is new.

Would this be sufficient for someone getting started? Recommended? Thanks for info.

Locksmith's wholesale price is about $490.00 new. I just bought a new Ilco 008B with 100 kwikset blanks for $75.00, so the deals are out there. If you want a new machine for $100 less than wholesale with no tax, this would work for you. Just realize that you get no warranty from HPC with this purchase.

I've been looking on CL, but not much has come across the past week.
