When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Ive found that exacto knife handles can be purchased for somewhere around $2 US.

Yeah, they are fairly cheap. If you are lucky, you can find them at "99 cent only" stores, 2 for a dollar. :D

The only ones I have found at the dollar stores are garbage.

Unless I get really lucky, I guess I will be buying real x-acto knife handles.

'Rom, xorox, Chucklz, I seem to remember these knives costing around two or three bucks. They are stamped :

I made a new, basic, pick set:

Those are made from a beautifull bule hacksaw blades :D i got a 12 pack for 4,50 PLN in Poland so it is about a 1,5 USD or a 1,1 Euro :D
I'm making a 40 picks set, but i don't have a photos of a car-picks to car locks. can you help me to find it?

wow big plans! what did you use for handles? they look neatly peterson like. what material are you going to use for car picks? templates can be found on thisforum with the search button

Handles are a parts of hacksaw blades :D th blades are blue originaly, but i got in my plans to make a silicone or wood handles.
For a car picks, i don't know already but i will think about it :D
Now I only need a lots of locks to learn lockpicking.
Heh i need only a s-rake and queen and king rake. That will be my basic set.

It will be a many types of wrakes and many sizes of hooks, half-diamonds and half-balls. I need also a more tension tools and many, many difrent wrakes.
That will be it.
What do you think about it ?

Now only lerning of using those stuff.

i think you should make a couple more diamonds and hooks, and start with learning good picking skills, and practicing a lot, since raking doesn't accomplish the same result as individual picking :) just from my experience, im only using 1 diamond at the moment

Me too :D I also think that individual picking is the best way to open every lock. So I need only a lots of more practice.
P.S. where can i find a movies, of people who picking locks? i got some but on all is only raking... i want a individual picking! it is what i need.

for movies, you have to push the search button and search for "movies" loads of topics with movies in them will show up :) good luck!
