nice ruler!
anyway, nice set, you are really producing them fast!
im wondering, in how many parts do you divide your hacksaw blade? or do you drill holes in the picks from the middle one, cause they are all on a key chain nicely found!
i like your normal hook, i have to make more of them hooks

Heh, i upgreaded my handset, it's now all most complete, the rest to this 40 parts will be a car jigglers e.t.c. So, a new photo :
On the photo are frol left:
Key , My loveliest tesnion wrench, big half-diamond, half-diamond, small half-diamond, diamond (full), small hook, big hook, big curve hook, rake - half ball, double half-ball, snake rake, random rake.
Down is a tension wrench, and upper is a part of hacksaw blade to make another pick it is a 1/3 part of blade.
Now only my standart question, what else will I need? What do You all think about it?

nice i think you already got like almost more pieces than me when i got to this point, i put all of my picks in a case, grabbed out the best tension wrench, the best average diamond(s), and started learning how to pick locks pin for pin, using a practice lock. so what i guess is missing in your collection is a practice lock

My set is a 12 picks... can be better but i broken two and have to make new-ones, and two basic tension wrenches. I got a practice lock too, and practice padlock. Now i need many, many more locks... BTW i got a car-lock too.

Great work Tomash. Are your hacksaw blades made in Poland?

Here are a couple of tips I'd like to add:
1. Handles - Plastidip leaves a poor finish. Try using simple heat shrink tubing, the type used for insulating wire connections. You can get this in various diameters and colors as well.
2. Tension wrenches - You can make tension wrenches from the plumber's snake spring steel or other material, by bending the stock over in a vise and grinding. If you experience problems with the hard steel snapping, try annealing it first by heating a spot with a propane torch or gas stove and letting it cool at room temperature. This also makes it possible to drill a hole in the stock.
3. Better results can be obtained if you dress the wheels on your grinder when they start to get worn down. Basically, you buy a piece of silicon carbide, a material that is much harder than the wheel, and grind on it to tru up the wheel. You can purchase one here for $.75. In case the link changes, it's the 1x1x6" dressing stone, part #287-6250
http://www.use-enco.com/
You can finish your picks with a small oil stone for best finish.
Good luck!
