Customer tracking/invoice software?

This is the old Locksmith business info area and will be broken down to fill in the new sections below.

Customer tracking/invoice software?

Postby MarkC » 8 Mar 2010 12:42

Hi guys,

I was wondering what software you use to keep track of customer jobs and generate invoices. Pulling up customer info from the filing cabinet is getting a bit cumbersome.

Keep in mind that computer and software is not a panacea. If one has bad business judgement no software will help.
If one does not have good practices and procedures in place now, all a computer and software will do is "automate"
the mess.

I have found QuickBooks to be very good at "automating the mess".
Although it is aimed at UK market I believe.
