..finally got in hands one (yes one) sweeper bristle.

short explanation how..:
I was on business trip at our capitol city and after long meeting and negotiating I went to lunch with business partners to nearby restaurant ... chat..chat ..step by step ..and than .... I have noticed something shiny (sweeper bristle) on floor nearby tram rail .. all happy jumped and picked it and placed in suit pocket.
.. do I even have to mention questioning faces of "business mans"

I will "bogotize" them tomorrow (if I catch some time) and upload some fresh pictures .. to continue Bogota-mania

Those are brilliant, guess i know what me and some jigsaw blades are doing for the next few days.

I have made another few members of "jigsaw blade family".. 4 humps bogota and medium hook.

Also have thought about some fancy stainless steel handles (out of 7mm "inox" pipe) to hold them more comfortable but then decided to keep thing simple as possible and have make simple holder-handle out of two pieces of metal I have find on shelf under the work table and two M5 screws and nuts. .. Not aesthetically superb but does job really nice and can be used to store up to 3 favorite pick blades + one tension wrench as compact pocket-set.

BTW .. just be sure that you take slim jigsaw blades <1mm and to sand down "working end" to ~ 0.7mm

imagine if you put a dab of jb weld in there then tightened the screws and bolts, and with a bit of the weld on those threads, when its solid, grind the bolt and the flathead down, finish them with a belt sander for a soft rolling look.

a grind stone makes rude marks on metal, a belt sander sometimes used above the bolster where there is no backing for the belt it will make very organic round shapes easily as the belt is flexing.

with the weld product inside, I think you would want to go slow and not let the piece heat up. Just swipe it for a short time and then take it and look closely at it while its off the belt you can turn it over and see what part is next. Go slow and it won't heat up
