I recall this method, when i first started lockpicking. Which I hope, would also benefit new and old lockpickers.
Locating the last pin to start with, is easy..but when i comes back to it (after a one pick run) there goes
my doubt..my question was is this the one? if i feel discomfort, i need to find the solution. And this pick tool Depth guard came to mind. I arrange it into a six pins Depth guard. By determining the Last pin (each core cylinder is a different case of course.) and just celluphane taped the guard to my Picktool. and then picking Lock cylinder, going back and forth to the last pin is as easy as if you "see" it.
I submitted this to assist new lockpicker members. if they are encountering the same problem i had before, (and even now)I hope this will interest them. the material i use as a guard came from a stainless plate, that can be found in any VHS cassette tape. see picture for some idea.
