Peculiar lock spotted in Prague

Hello fellow pickers. Recently I visited Prague and saw a peculiar lock.



The front face reminded me of the rotating faceplate seen on some Medecos on vending machines etc, but I can't tell what the heck the rest of the lock is. I've looked around a bit in this subforum but didn't spot much. Anyone know what kind of lock it is and how it works? It could be a regular pin-tumbler with wards and anti-drilling plate I guess, but all I remember is that it looked weird, I didn't even check closer as it was an open street with plenty of pedestrians.

I'm from Sweden myself, where we don't use many Europrofile locks in general; thus I am somewhat unfamiliar with them.

The hardware looks like a FAB brand, the cylinder behind it.. FAB, GeGe, or ABUS/Pfaffenhain maybe?

The lock itself looks like a fairly standard Europrofile pin tumbler cylinder hidden behind a 'security handle' which has a rotating anti-drill plate. The security handle also prevents the Europrofile cylinder being snapped and removed from the door.

Yes...deffo looks like a security handle as the poster above has said. The housing associations fit these as standard on their doors round here.
