standard reply for noobs asking about locks in use?

you should look at the standard craigslist message that tells people that their post has been "flagged" for one reason or another. that probably has some good stuff - theirs directs them to a general post which outlines reasons why their post was flagged. Maybe even have a flagging system (maybe there is one already?) But... i don't know if that's the sort of thing you were looking for... you know given that i'm a noob and all, lol.

sorry - outlines reasons why their post might be flagged (a big list, so that they're forced to look through the general codes of conduct for posting).
