Call them up or drop the guy an email, maybe he knows of some little shop near you. Or maybe you can work something out with mailing him the key, or faxing a copy of your code card, etc, etc..

I know of a shop here in providence RI that deals in DOM. I got a keys cut there before, but I think they were around 15$ each. Its called city lock.

I would strongly advise against mailing the original. It becomes a source of problems if something happens to it. If you have to, send it registered mail.
