Next time, before ordering, search here first, as others have had trouble with this site, mainly because people are impatient and because the site is run by this one guy who runs its as a very casual business, almost like someone on ebay selling stuff and mailing it once a week. It's not like your ordered a pick set direct from Southord who has a dedicated team of people just to answer the phones so people can complain that their order didn't arrive the next day after they ordered it at 1am on line. I wish everyone was like NewEgg with free overnight shipping on most things, but some companies or smaller individuals running side businesses are not that organized or simply do not run to the post office every time someone places Submit on an order of a pick set.

Your stuff will arrive in a few weeks, just chill, grab a beer, take a walk and enjoy the summer.

And please don't be a dick and file a Paypal dispute 72 to 96 hours after placing an order just because they didn't send you a tracking number or whatever... that's being way too jumpy.

i must say kokomolock, yours does look much more comfortable and practical than the ideal creations...also, i haven't heard anything but complaints about their website, i am an impatient person and could never order from them. i'll keep your tool in mind, was thinking of purchasing a set of tubular picks however. what's the price on your wrench?

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=39085

two i was unhappy due to the contact info for paypay for the site had a nonn working number, three i never planned on issuing a dispute for atleast 2-3 weeks. Honestly its you that is being a "dick", per your words.

It sounds like you believe you are posting to that thread when in fact you created a brand new one. And frankly, you come off very impatient by posting 3 posts in 30 minutes as you frantically rush around looking up contact info. Thanks a lot for calling me a dick. I never actually called you a dick, I said don't BE a dick by filing a Paypal dispute so soon, but thanks for letting me know how you are when someone gives you some straight up no bullsh*t advice. I've noticed my honesty is a little too much for some people. :?

I guarantee though, that for any of us who have had a Paypal account for the last 5 years or more, we don't bother adjusting the contact information when we move or change numbers. The purpose of him putting that number there wasn't for you to use it as a Customer Service line. If he wanted you to call him, he's have an 1-800 number on his website. Like I said, he's a small time operator, so you can't have this big gripe with him about not running his business like a big company would.

Like I said, chill bro, enjoy the day and your picks will arrive in a week or two and you'll be much happier then.

All that said, this website/guy really needs to get his sh** together because it seems that he either needs to say "I ship really slow, so allow 2 to 8 weeks," or he needs to actually ship things at a decent pace. I can certainly understand your frustration for not hearing from them at all, I guess my view of his site is jaded because I've seen this before so I'm not that surprised and when I read your post, I said "meh, what else is new, ideal does this all the time"

have a good night,

After looking through this thread, I have to say if your skin is really that thin you'll be stomping off in rage soon anyway.

Enjoy your new toys, and try to relax a little.
