
I've cut more than half of the outer cylinder to see every disk groove in every possible position it might be pushed on, I mean, even if I overset it I can see the groove till it finally stops.
The inner cylinder is cut like in your lock, leaving just 2 mm on each side to hold the disks. The back part is untouched.
It was a nice experience, and seeing the lock operated by the key is interesting. Next time I need to be careful when I cut: as you can see the edges aren't perfect...
