I am very interesting in what things can do. I'm fairly new to lock picking so I'm very interested in seeing the talent that is on here. I like to design problems for others to solve and see how they slove them. I'm not a guy who is going to drive in a firebird and not see how fast it goes (btw mine goes on the plus side of 145 {74 firebird}) I'm just in awe to see the macgiver like people on this board. And please in all further posts, excuse my spelling i know it is terrible.

If you carry picks, be sure you have a good reason for having them in case you do find yourself in that unfortunate position of having to explain them.

I'd need my wallet for that, cause the membership card from the SSDeV is in there ... being an active member taking part in championships is a pretty good reason for having tools and locks (and parts of locks) on you.

I still would not take my picks to the US when travelling there but in Europe there's not so big a problem.
Though I don't know about Britain and France right now, both of which have more restrictive laws in several areas since 9/11.

cheers,

Hey guys, thanks for all your input. Maybe that shouldn't have been my first post, but as I'm still new to lock picking, and very new to this site, i'm still exploring it and learning about it. I didn't want to post any questions that may have already been posted and thought you guys might have fun thinking up cool ideas to share and show off your creativity. Thanks for all the posts.

If you are as paranoid as some of the peeps on the post replies, leave a window open enogh to allow you to gain acess to your house. *DON'T* leave a basement window open when you are not home(Break in's) .
Leave a key under something not obvious, like a waterproof stash box partially burried under a rock or something.
