Calling people morons isn't getting you off to a good start, you weren't very specific with your question. It's a cheap piece of crap pin tumbler padlock, there isn't much to explain... when you ask a vague question, you get a vague answer. We don't know whether you want help picking it or if you wanna know how all the bits and pieces of the lock itself works.
Don't get humpy for no reason, because people just plain won't help you. Lighten up and have a sense of humour, biting the hand that feeds will only add you to the very long list of people with pick sets in their boxes of old junk they never use.

Now then... if you're looking for information on that specific padlock, like I said, there isn't really much to it. When the plug turns, the cam on the back of the plug rotates and retracts the pair of locking dogs which hold the shackle in place... and the shackle is released. That's it. There are no fancy diagrams or photos because it's a cheap hardware store lock and people aren't really interested in em.
On the other hand, if you want help picking it, again it's just a basic pin tumbler lock with no security pins... all you need to do is practice (providing you understand what you're supposed to be doing).
Or was there something else?
