Goso 24 piece - Keep or not to keep?

Postby dann2707 » 21 Dec 2010 20:09

In the post I have a goso 24 piece kit on the way. However after looking on here I believe it may not be suitable for a small hobbyist like myself due to it not really haaving the tools I need and an extensive range of key tools.

Now I also know that the tools are quite thick which is no good for euro locks :(

Should I sand the tools thinner? Should I sell the kit and get the southord slimline kit instead?

If the latter, how easy do you reckon It would be for me to sell on the goso kit baring in mind I cannot get a refund on the kit due to it being sent to me as a present.

Sorry if thisd is in the wrong section too. Dan

I think that set will turn out to be useful for you. Its a good sized set and seems to have everything you'd need for now. I accomplish everything I need done with a Jack Knife lockpick set from LockPickTools.com, 2 home made hook picks, and 3 home made tension wrenches. I dont even uses the home made tools that often. If I can do what I need with that, i think you can get away with using this set to suit your needs.
