If it's BS rated it would have been tested to a certain standard, but those ratings are more concerned with strength, drill resistance and key control. They do try to make stuff pick resistant, but sometimes they get it completely wrong, and unfortunately they don't find out until it's too late since they don't actually test them properly in the design stage. They probably ordered in the cases, stuck some levers with false gates in and called it a day.
The issues presented in the video would have been pointed out right away if they had someone try to pick one before putting them on the market, but oh well. It's not a terrible lock, you do need a curtain pick and some skill to open one... but I still wouldn't be putting one on any of my doors.
