Hay Guys,
I just recently got into lockpicking for my job (EOD TECH) and have been trying to teach myself the ins and outs. I have been reading posts on here that are very helpful. I currently have a 17 piece set that i bought from southord and i was wondering if someone knows where i can find a picture book of what all the diffrent picks are used for and how to determain when to use each.

Heh, hang around here for a while, you won't need to purchase a single book. 8)

Hey ya'll, I'm Derek, 33 years old, locksmith at Bradley Lock & Key in Savannah, GA. I found this site while I was looking for information on foil impressioning a Mul-T-Lock that came into our shop yesterday (we don't see many high security locks, except for Medeco, and the guys have a pool going on whether or not I can crack the thing) but the list of topics was pretty darn impressive so I figured I'd sign up, say "hi".

When I'm not working.... huh, there's a new concept... NOT working... Let's see, when am I NOT working on SOMETHING... lol

Seriously, when I'm not working I'm usually either with my beautiful girlfriend of two years, Sunni, or hanging out with friends at our local bar, Rachel's. I also play a little online poker, and enjoy wood and metalworking projects, cooking/ eating out, watching movies.

Hope to meet lots of great new people, make some new friends, and learn LOADS of new stuff. (knowledge=time, time=money, and money is GOOD!!!)

Good luck, be well, and see ya'll 'round,

D.
