lock wont turn

Hi im new to lockpicking, I have been trying to pick a master lock no 1.
im pretty sure i have it picked but the brass circle thing at the bottom wont turn. also the brass circle moves inside the lock a little when i try to pick it.

I'm new also, I would suggest looking for pd's exercise on here, i've been working my.way through ot and definitely.helping me get a feel for what's going on in there. There's also a glossary in the FAQ area to make it easier to explain what parts you are referring to.
