anyone ever bought from here? I bought a HPC pick set a couple days ago, the shipping status still says "processing" . I can't get a hold of the business by calling or e-mailing. I'm kind of new to shopping online, but anything I bought from ebay, and lockpickshop.com and southern specialtys shop I got within a week or less no problem... Is this normal for a smaller business? Thanks, Ed

How did you pay? The site says to allow 10 business days for processing.
They might be waiting for stock to come in.
If you've paid with paypal, and can't get onto BML, then take it up with PayPal to get your money back. You could try with other financial institutions with differing results.

That's good to hear. Sometimes you'll find some businesses ship out on a certain day of the week, or once they get a large enough batch of orders.

Just got my set that I ordered. http://www.bumpmylock.com/lock-pick-set ... t-101.htmlThat is the one I ordered, it clearly says pip-13, but which is the HPC set, and on the invoice I got today it says PIP 13, but the pick set is a PXP-10 by majestic. I'm trying to decide if I just got ripped off or what... I wanted to put some money towards a decent set, southord or HPC, is this any good or should I get my money back...? Thanks for any reply, really ready to try pickin with nice set that isn't a jacknife... Ed

Why did you make a whole other thread when you posted the EXACT same thing in this one, which was created before the other thread??

Oh and re the question @ hand, if the item in question does not look like the one in the photo on that site you purchased from, I would complain. (I am referring to this photo:) The way they worded the ad on the website is kinda vague, so I would go with the photo as the actual item description...

I got an e-mail back from BumpMyLock, after asking what the deal was, this is the reply:
I apologize Edward are supplier no longer has the pip13 available. We sustituted the equivalent set we offer.
Thanks, Patrick
So I wrote back asking to just have a refund, even offering to pay for shipping back to them, so hopefully I'll hear back soon... Since they don't offer it I just ordered from a different site: lockpickersmall.com, which I've ordered from before. I ordered around 1 or 2 pm and my order shipped out the same day, good site and friendly people.

As I wrote before I was really displeased by this company. Part of the order was missing at delivery. After many emails I got one answer saying that they will ship the missing part. Never heard from them again, never received the missing item, never answer to my mail or email anymore.
They ripped me of only 20 dollars. I am glad that my first order with them was small.

STAY AWAY.
There is nothing else to say about this company. Very similar to others I placed an order and was given a partial shipment with an email promise of a completed delivery later. They took the order in their system and placed it as complete so that any investigations show closed. Complaints to the better business bureau and the credit card company have been going on now for 8 months. bumpmylock.com = crooks period. Pass the word.
Owner of the company is listed as Clint Ditto. Ringleader of the crooked company. AKA also known as Clint Louis Ditto of Woodway Texas.
Company is listed as Texas
bumpmylock 7005 woodway dr Suite 207 woodway texas 76712
also operates under the bumpkey.com company brand. Consider this the parent crooked company and/or domain to AVOID.

I am sorry for any delays in orders the first part of this year, I had taken a leave of absence dew to a death and illness in my family, and left control with my employees till my return. There where about 20 orders that where mishandled in my leave and I apologize. All orders have been shipped out and refund have been made for the ones who requested. I am not a crook, Bump My Lock has been in business since 2008 and we have shipped over 10,000 orders worldwide, again sorry for any mishandled orders. Please remove my picture, I have been through a lot this year, I have made sure all mishandled orders are fulfilled and or refunded. If there is an issue with your order our phones are open from 9-5 CST we have an online chat 8-7 CST, or you can email me directly cditto@bumpmylock.comWe have gone through a full staff change in my return so this WILL NOT happen again. Sorry folks but this is simply not true. He has never done a refund on my account. I would happily send a positive response if this was true but it's not. He continues to lie to the card company saying it was a filled order. Really Clint? How do you get a 10 lb casting kit in a 1 lb shipping container?
He does know how to get a ton of crap in a 200 lb bag of skin. That's all.
Do not buy. Beware.
As far as your hardships if true my condolences. But it seems like a way to blame your employees instead of accepting that it's your responsibility. Not theirs.
Everyone in this forum has hardships. Mostly from you. How about you send condolences, and refunds our way?
