southord tubular pick

I bought a southord 7 pin pick. They gave me a allen key and a decoder.
Where is the allen key supposed to go?
And on the collar, there is a small hole... I suppose it's for a screw to go in to prevent the collar from coming out when doing reset...but when I got iy, there no screw..it was just a hole there with screw threads...
Cause when I tried to push the pins out, the whole thing came out including the collar!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any idea?

Sorry you haven't gotten a reply sooner. I just looked at my picks from SouthOrd, and yes, there should have been a set screw in the collar to keep the collar on during use. It's removable so you can replace the individual picks should they become damaged or break (I think).

After I checked my picks, I found that the set screw was rather loose. I've never needed to replace anything so I'm assuming that it came this loose when it was shipped to me.

If you're able to, contact SouthOrd and have them either send you a new set screw, or arrange for a return and replacement of your pick.
