Your thoughts on Master Pro series

Just want to see what everyone thinks of master pro series that can accept KIK, ie medeco, assa, etc.

They're actually not bad as long as you get the ones with the black plastic coating and the iron shackle shrouds. I read somewhere that Medeco invented that black plastic (some form of polyurethane) and sold the rights for Master to use (or maybe the other way around) but you'll notice both Medeco and Master padlocks use this plastic dip/cover over some of their padlocks.

My only beef with Master Proseries padlocks is they rust and get grimed up and there's this.. suction thing that happens where once you turn the key you have to pull the shackle out of the lock, it feels like you'd feel if you had to pull your foot out of the mud.

6727WO --- takes a KIK
looks like you will probably need some type of driver attachment for the second one ( Mfg. Part No.: 298-0628 (1) for schlage)
