every mistake is a learning experience. it make you think and now you understand the mistake, you will try to avoid it in the
future, but I have made similiar mistakes while aware of the problem, it will very uncommonly occur again if I make some bone
headed move just once without thinking,
never pullout or pushin a plug under the driver pins, with the follower in the lock,
always rotate the plug so you are pushing it in with the top pins riding on the side of the plug and the keypins held in by the cylinder wall.
straight out is nearly always bad practice.
