I'm sure those tweezers work great... to be honest, though, for the couple of times a month that I rekey a lock, I just use a regular pair of fine-tipped tweezers.
It's probably a bit unconventional, but I'll sometimes use a small pair of
hemostats instead: they offer really good grip and control -- and it's sometimes useful to be able to clamp onto things when working with small parts. (They often come out when I'm working on a Medeco cylinder, and need to put the tiny springs back into a sidebar.)
