Unbreakable lock?

Is there such a thing as an unbrakable toilet cubical door lock? I have been asked by a client to install a catch on a toilet cubical door that won't ever break (he read about it somewhere), anyone have any ideas?

Anyway, not sure of what part of the world you are from, but in my neck of the woods, we have put several anti-ligature locks on toilet blocks, because of vandalism. These locks are the same type as what they put in gaols or jails or prisons. Seems extreme, but it works. They do not have handles that people can jump on, but can still have snibs and knobs to lock and retract the latch.

They have real partitions in jail toilets in the land of Oz ?

Here in the U.S. anything like that is a mere 3 or 4 feet tall...

Nah they are just in the corner. (not speaking from experience)

The detention locks are used on lower security cells on the entry door, but are perfect for high vandalism doors in public areas, because of their stronger construction.

Those are the toilets in the cells...
In other areas of the jail where there is a need for prisoner access to toilets, like work areas, classroom areas, gym/rec areas, improvised open housing units in a rec area, etc... There will be a row of toilets with a low partition (counter top height) so that inmates using the restroom can be easily supervised...

If someone needs a high strength toilet partition door with a lock to match it then standard bathroom partition paneling systems aren't the way to go... Build real partition walls that are properly reinforced and finished with the same wall tiling as the rest of the bathroom... Finish the opening as you would any other doorway with a metal door frame, install a solid core wooden door cut down to a proper size and install a Grade 1 privacy lever lock set...
