(Again, sorry if that was obvious to you... it's just that we occasionally get "why hasn't my order shipped?!" questions posted here.)
I don't know the answer to your question, but I've had great dealings with them anytime I've placed an order, and found their customer service to be very responsive: give them a call, and I'm sure they'd be happy to help sort this out for you. (And you won't be running the risk of being disappointed, in case they've changed their shipping policies in the last few weeks.)
