Wow, that is a cool site, from the archive its only been around a couple months, and it appears to be european, from the locks featured,

it also links to some other blogs which I haven't yet looked at but from the quality of this one, I would expect the others to be high quality too with his recommendation.

Very cool, lots of interesting stuff there, even if it's still above my level. /cry

Apparently he's based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

It's book marked!

(The lock under “Dom Diamant (Diamond) – The Rolls Royce of Locks?” looked tricky to pick! )

Ah yes Jon L. Aasendens blog site. His site is pretty interesting and he has been doing some work for Lazarus on Mac OS X.

It seems that this fellow isn't in Europe at all, but Israel. He mentions partway down the page, in a post entitled "Overlifting Safe Locks," that they don't have many mortise locks in Israel, so he's not much of an expert on them.

Haha, actually, Rai said the blog "appears to be european, from the locks featured."

So someone inferred he was from Europe. :D

I checked his about page a few posts back and he's from Tel Aviv specifically.
