Why is this so easy?

Just a question regarding this Old Lockwood lock and another unnamed locked. (I assume the unnamed is lock wood). Watch the video, no torque wrench or anything, I don't even push the pins up; just go to the back the pick a single pin down and it opens. What type of lock is this and why?
P.S video trips out for first 7 seconds. All good though.

I am quite sure that what you move with your pick isn't the last pin of the lock but the locking bolt of the lock. You don't even use a tension wrench so thats the only possibility i can think of whats happening.
I didn't find a picture to visualize whats happening to you but maybe someone else knows of a pic of animation which describes whats happening.

I'm pretty sure that's exactly what I'm doing. No animation needed.
I just found it strange that 2 out of the 4 locks in my house open like that. Is it common on older locks?

Not just older locks, got a few newer but cheaper ones which open like that too. Securitywise these locks are just jokes...
