i was wondering if you needed anything special to pick those combo locks there the kind on some school lockers. well someone put one on my gate and i want to remove it and i though i should get some practise so i was wondering what i should use on it. thanks in advance and im new but i have picked 3 locks with a paperclip and screwdriver.

hi there - sorry about that - there's another post "GMC locks" that has made me think that your post is actually quite well informed.....

the locks that you're referring to are commonly discussed on this forum if you'd like to have a search arround. from what I know, they're fairly easy to pick and don't tend to have any security pins - have a go just like any other padlock.

once again - sorry for that outburst of gif's..... just had a moment of frustration.... :oops:

That's the hard way to defeat this type of lock. its easier to scrub it two of three times.

to threadstarter: try making a snake pick, if you know what one looks like. thats how to "scrub"/"rake" the lock. FOr that lock it'll be pretty simple.
